Q: When can my child start a class?
A: You can start your child in a class at
any point in a session. As long as the class still has
open spaces available, we will simply pro-rate the session
charge to match the number of weeks your child will have the
class.
Q: What happens if I miss a class?
A: Please inform the front office as soon
as you know you will be absent by calling (815)623-5437.
Make-ups can not be guaranteed, but we will do our best as our
schedule permits.
Q: Do you offer a payment plan?
A: We have three payment options: Payment in Full, Hold a
Class, and a Split Payment Plan. The details for these
options can be found on the
Rules &
Policies page.
